How do you park a call with CUPC, there is no mention of it in user guides.

There's no call park button on CUPC. thus you cannot do call park from CUPC (you can park from IP phone if it's a desk phone call).

Which CUPC version are you on? In version 8.5 you do have the park feature. When you are on the phone the box below will display and when you click on the drop down arrow that I have pointed out, it will bring up options to conference, park, transfer, etc.
