Delay in calls when PRI line fails

Hi,

We have two lines to make international outgoing calls to PSTN cloud.

1. PRI

2. SIP Trunk

In route group we have configured priority 1st via SIP trunk &  2nd via E1-PRI line for failover purpose. In case SIP trunk goes down calls will diverte through E1-PRI line.

But when we tested failover by removing SIP cable from voice gateway. Call are taking to much time to go via PRI line. There is to much delay to establish calls. Can any one help me how can i reduce this delay.
