Cisco WIM: 1 way communication

Hi all,

I'm running v4.2(5) ES5 and I'm experiencing the following issue

a) Agent is able to receive customer's chat message but not vice versa.

b) The chat session gets disconnected pretty easy. After 1-2 minutes, the send button on customer's console is disabled and eventually it timed out

Anyone come across this before? Any idea how to troubleshoot?

The problem was resolved by using FQDN for both agent console as well as the customer entry point link.
