multiple advertise map \ conditional statements

Hi All,

I guess advertise map under BGP can be used only for a prefix. Is there a way to define multiple conditional advertisements For eg. advertise 10.0.0.0/8 when 172.16.1.2/32 is unavailable + advertise 200.200.200.0/24 when 172.16.1.3/32 + ......

Hi Santosh,

Yes it's supported. What is not supported is multiple conditional statement for the same advertise prefix like:

neighbor xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx adtervise-map xxx non-exist-map xxx
neighbor xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx adtervise-map xxx non-exist-map yyy

Here is the template:

neighbor 1.1.1.1 advertise-map aaa non-exist-map bbb 
neighbor 1.1.1.1 advertise-map ccc non-exist-map ddd

Each route-map refer to a different prefix.
