Calls comming into IPCCX Talk Time showing 00:00:01

Good Day,

Can anyone please tell me if there is a way to determine what caused the call to show a talk time of 00:00:01 when pulling reports in IPCCX.

If I compare the times I had this issue with other agents the other agents had healthy talk times and showed no problem.

The agents are claiming that the call was dropped when they picked up the phone, how can I verify they're claims?
