Mobile Connect: How does user activate/deactivate

Using CUCM 6.1(4)...

I have Mobile Connect configured and working, but I am not sure how to have users turn it on and off.

I thought that the Mobility softkey performed this function, but it only shows the current status and gives no option to change it.

The only other way I can find is via the CCMUser web page, by either unchecking the line association or unchecking 'Enable Mobile Connect.'

It seems like it has to be easier than this...Help!
