85209504 34038205 mtp sendrecv g711u 18010 17474 10.20.152.15
Why does it show no ip address? Does it mean MTP is hanging?
Also, MTP on router is hardware MTP, How come it says software MTP on router??

There are HW MTPs which use DSPs and SW IOS MTPs which uses router resources, there is nothing wrong.
I'd recommend you to read the conferencing and transconding guides available on CCO.
