Need help with dial plan and scripting (SPA9000)

Unanswered Question

I have a SPA400, 9000 and 942 that was set up using the wizard.  I want to customize the auto attendant to provide a list of menus and a sub menu.  I have no clue how to do this...  I think I need a script and a few dial plans...  Here's how I'd like it to function:  Does anyone have any recommendations of any experts that could provide consulting services to accomplish this...  Thanks, Ross

I suggest you check the Autoattendant section at the /docs/DOC-9848. There is a good explanation on how to build the AA scripts.
