HI All!
I haven't troubleshot this much yet but I have a CUCM deployment running 7.1.3(B) and am trying to enable an Intercom line on (2) 7942 phones however the Intercom never shows up on the second line appearance. Anyone else come across this?

Never mind, got it. missed the "default activated device" setting...

We are using CUCM 7.1.3, and I need to configure the Intercom feature. Do you where I can find intructions on how to configure/activate the Intercom feature? And is there a group-paging feature in CUCM 7.1.3?

Features and services guide for CUCM has all the instructions, it's available on cco.
And there is no paging in any CUCM release.

Thanks for the replies. I found that same document last night, and I got it to work. I don't like that we cannot do one-to-many group paging.

Do you know if the newer version of CUCM offers group paging? And if so, what version would that be?

The newest CUCM version 9.0 sadly does not offer
Group paging
