Hi all,
I am facing issue with some of WS-X6608-T1 port in WS-C6513 .. these ports are not getting registerd with CCM and show in unknown type
I have just added some of the details related to these ports(7/2,7/37/4 10/3,10/4, 10/5 etc). need immediate assistance..

Hi Madhu,
As per the error logs and suggeted recommendation from cisco to overcome these type of errors.
Explanation: The SYS-4-MODHPRESET message is displayed when active T1 or E1ports on the WS-X6608 modules reset on a random or infrequent basis. When the ports reset, all active calls to Public Switched Telephone Networks (PSTN) are dropped. Therefore, non-configured but enabled ports continuously reset in an attempt to connect to a Cisco Call Manager (CCM). These reset messages can overlap to the
active gateway ports and cause an unwanted reset. This is possible because ports share the processor. This system message continually appears on the console screen. This is the expected behavior for this blade, and does not affect system performance.
Recommended Action: Disable unused ports through the set port disable {mod/port} command. Add all ports to the CCM database. You can configure these ports as gateways,Media Termination Points (MTP), or hardware conference bridges. Disable the unused ports to prevent the asynchronous reset that drops all active ports.
Hope the help

Hi Ganesh,
Can you elaborate little more on your comments
"These reset messages can overlap to the active gateway ports and cause an unwanted reset. This is possible because ports share the processor."

Madhu,
The above message can be explained like this as the architecture of cat 6500 in regards of shared port adapters, genrally SPA works like this
A SPA is a modular type of port adapter that inserts into a subslot of a compatible SIP carrier card to provide network connectivity and increased interface port density. A SIP can hold one or more SPAs, depending on the SIP type.
Some SPAs provide services rather than network connectivity, and insert into subslots of compatible SSCs. For example, the IPsec VPN SPA provides services such as IP security (IPsec) encryption/decryption, generic routing encapsulation (GRE), and Internet Key Exchange (IKE) key generation.
Check out the below link for detail explanation about SPA and error message which you are enecountered and the recommendation from cisco for the same.
