CRS call Statistics not Always Updating

I'm having a issue that happens about 10 times a months where call stats are not updating. When I run a historical report it will show call statistics from the previous day or maybe a few hours earlier in the day. They will eventuallly update. Is there a log that will show me where the problem is? Is it a syncing problem I can fix. Anybody got any suggestions?

I have this problem too.
