Linksys WRVS4400N

Unanswered Question

We have a WRVS4400N router.  VPN passthrough is enabled for all protocols.  IPS is disabled.  Static ip internally and DHCP on the WAN side.  The problem we are seeing is apparently with VPN passthrough.  We connect with a Cisco VPN client (version to several remote sites.  The equipment at the remote ends are Cisco PIX or Cisco ASA with versions 6.x through 8.x.

Initially, the connection works fine in all cases.  Sometime during the VPN session, we are not able to connect to any host at the remote site.  The status window in the VPN client shows SENT packets being encrypted, but no RECEIVED packets being encrypted.

A reboot of the Linksys fixes this problem.  After some time the problem occurs again.

Is this a know issue?  Is there a fix for this?  Logging on the WRVS4400N is cryptic and hasn't provide any clues.  I have tried deceasing the MTU on the WAN interface but this hasn't helped.

Hopefully this is an easy fix.

I have this problem too.
