DSN for UCCX Script

Im writing an IPCC script that needs to dip into an external database. My question is:

1. My DSN is not showing up in my DB Read step while in the editor. Why not? This is CCX 7.x and in HA mode, I do have both servers setup with the ODBC connection needed to the external database with the database subsystem created in appadmin.

Nevermind, I figured this out myself. This was a naming issue between the DSN and the database subsystem. They need to be exactly the same. My advice to someone who has not done this is to name every connection exactly the same.
