RV082, bandwidth management, dedicated WAN paths by IP

We're using the RV082 to load-balance traffic across two WANs (one cable modem, one T1). It works fine for desktop clients. However, we have a few devices on the network (such as SIP phones) which really don't like being load balanced.

Using the web console of the RV082, under "Bandwidth Management", is there a way to tell it: "For these specific devices (either by mac address or by internal IP address), ALWAYS use WAN1. For everyone else, load balance across WAN1 and WAN2"? Under "Rate Control", it seems like there's a lot of flexibility there, but the nuances of its behavior are not well-documented, and I can't figure out if it is, or isn't, supposed to be able to do what I'm trying to do.

Thank you,

Bryan

There is a way to set it by internal IP addresses, protocols or ports and specify the bandwidth

I send you the links to access the information about how to configure it.
