Anyone else dissatisfied with

I've been through a doozy of a problem lately. While merging two CSCO IDs (one Prometric, one Vue) I've experienced terrible customer service on the "Certifications and Communities Online Support" website. They apparently only reply through the week, which would be fine if it didn't take them days to update my case. What really has been a boondoggle is that I passed all 4 CCNP cert tests within 2.5 years, but they've denied my CCNP cert for no reason I can tell.

My last 3 "updates" to the case, over several days, asking someone to call me or provide a contact number about the matter have gone unreplied to. I am very frustrated with matters as they stand. Anyone else had troubles like this, or maybe know a way to escalate matters? Cisco's only solution seems to not be working for me.
