Lost access to 7921

During a firmware upgrade on a 7921 the user shut the phone off and it lost its wireless settings. Only the phone settings are available and everything else is blanked out. The phone will not allow me to web in. I have attempt to **2 a factory reset with no change. Is there any other back door to unlock the phone in this scenario?

Do you have a base station? You can try putting it in that and connecting via USB. There are drivers on CCO for it I believe.

I have used the USB port and it will not connect using the default IP the USB should have. I cannot verify if the USB IP is the default because the phone settings are locked out.
