CCM upgrade from 4.X to 7.1 Extension Mobility issues

We have upgraded CallManager to 7.1.3 from Version 4.0. I made sure everyone had logged out Extension mobility, but now we have users that can login to a phone but the logout is missing after they login.

The Device Profile needs to be subscribed to the Extension Mobility service if it is not set for Enterprise Subscription (i.e. every device is subscribed).

The Device Profiles are subscribed to the Extension Mobility service, and the users are able to login but they cannot logout. The logout is missing from the screen under Extension Mobility. And it is not all users but about 30% of users.

Please check if the IP phone is subscribed with extension mobility service because we had faced similar issue.

Make sure that you are not facing any replication issue.
