Cisco E-mail Manager

This is question is for Enter Ready for Push Mode on  CEM.  When agents logon to Cisco E-mail Manager Agent Desktop and click on Enter Ready for Push Mode, messages that are in the queues do not automatically open.  A supervisor now has to manually move the messages to the agent's queue to be able to view the message.

We are running CEM ver 5.0.  Has anyone run in to this issue?  Any comment is appreciated.
