Cat6500 "show mls qos map dscp-cos" Command

On lesser switches, reading the output from "show mls qos map" is pretty straightforward.  This is the output from my Cat6509:

Catalyst-6509#show mls qos map dscp-cos
   Dscp-cos map:                                  (dscp= d1d2)
     d1 :  d2 0  1  2  3  4  5  6  7  8  9
     -------------------------------------
      0 :    00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 01
      1 :    01 01 01 01 01 01 02 02 02 02
      2 :    02 02 02 02 03 03 03 03 03 03
      3 :    03 03 04 04 04 04 04 04 04 04
      4 :    05 05 05 05 05 05 05 05 06 06
      5 :    06 06 06 06 06 06 07 07 07 07
      6 :    07 07 07 07

How do I read this?  For example, what does DSCP 8 (CS1) map to?  What does DSCP 46 (EF) map to?  I can't figure out how to read this.

Left hand column is first digit of DSCP value.  Top row is second digit of DSCP value.

So DSCP 8 maps to CoS 1 and  DSCP 46 maps to CoS value 5.
