Need paging help please - CME

I am trying to convert paging from a legacy intertell system with the CME 2811 I am replacing it with. I have the FXO programmed and it is below. I am using a bogen TAM-B. I have it set for loop with power supply. The horn also has a power supply. I can get it connected but as soon as I punch the FXO port to the TR of the unit it immediately pulls dial tone and puts it over the horn and then goes to fast busy ( all without even dialing the ext 2999). Any ideas for me? Thank you

FXO does not provide loop current, so either use FXS, or change setting on the paging device.

I will set it back to ground start and try to connect it that way again. I had it that way at first though and was getting the same thing. Let me know if you have any other ideas. Thank you

You may need "no battery-reversal" or some other setting under voice-port.

If any problem, collect "debug vpn signal" with "term mon".
