I have both Cisco Base (SW) and SMARTNet contract. What i need is detailed diagnostics, recommendations, inventory, field notices, security advisories, and End-of-Life notices on monthly basis. Especially with hardware EOL inventory and software bugs report monthly is very useful to us.

I beleieve there is a Cisco Web-based portal to setup such reporting to notify customers with EOL/Bugs related report?

Hello Francisco,

Go to http://www.cisco.com/cisco/web/support/index.html on the left side of the page scroll down and under "Featured" you will see Cisco Notification Service, click on that and you can subscribe to get bug reports and so on.....
