Maybe this is a CDW thing, but can anyone explain to me the difference between these 2 cards?

Exact same price and seemingly exact same tech specs except for some minor details such as 90 days support on one.  In the pics, the circuit boards are obviously different.

Hi,

I believe that Cisco part numbers ending with an "=" are only orderable with a device. One is "VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1=" and the other is "VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1"

I had the same question for my Cisco reseller when I was buying SSL VPN licenses. The part numbers for those differed by an "=" when I ordered them with a 2851 chassis.

The = denotes that it is a spare part. Typically larger vendors like CDW only recognize that part number as orderable. Any good vendor will aceept either part number knowing which is which. If you're going to order from CDW, use the part number with the = to avoid their SE's calling you then hounding about what you're doing, if you're ordering the right part, basically trying to sell you their services.

Hope that helps.
