DMP remote control

Hello,

I am facing the problem regarding remote control of DMP.

I have stored some presentation locally and playing it locally. But i am not able to view or select the different synages to play through remote. Even only 4 keys (power, show ip, volume and mute) of the remote are working. If i press any other key, it is displaying message "key is not bound".

We have Enterprise TV license. After pushing the ETV-PG on DMP, on LCD i am getting 3 options (Video on demand, program guide, channels). But when i select Video on demand, it is not showing anything in that.

So please some one can tell me is this the default behaviour ?

It would be great if some one can also tell me what are the different usages of remote control ?

I think ETV is not support media type other than video. I've tested adding .htm as content, but ETV only send play video command. So DMP display Butterfly Sample Video instead.
