CAR CDR Analysis and Reporting

I am running CUCM 7.1.2a

On trying to run certain CAR reports namely any device reports/ Route plan - Route Pattern reports

I get the error

Error Code

Error Description

10011

System Error. Contact System Administrator.

All other reports seem to work.I also see that other people have had this problem on other versions of  CUCM. Any ideas anyone
I have this problem too.

CDR: PDF Route Pattern utilization report fails with 10011 System Error
Symptom:

Unable to generate PDF reports for Device Reports -> Route Plan -> Route Pattern/Hunt Pilot Utilization. The following error message is displayed:

"10011  System Error. Contact System Administrator."


Workaround:

Instead of generating a PDF report, generate a CSV report

I would like to confirm whit you if you can create the csv files?

or you just can not create the reports?

Luis,

User Reports, System Reports and searching the CDR all work and that includes csv and pdf. My problem is I cannot get the Device reports to work namely Route List/Group Route Pattern Utilization
