IOS Versions

What are the major differences between IOS version c3750-advipservicesk9-tar.122-46.SE.tar and say the newer IOS version c3750-ipservicesk9-tar.122-53.SE.tar? I notice on the new 3750V2 switches you can't put an advanced ip services ios on it.
