We need to change the VTP domain name from A to B. I have tested it in a lab and it doesnt seem to cause any problems or downtime. Does anyone have any previous experience doing this?
Nothing will happen if you change it from A to B. The new VTP domain name will propagete to all other switches and the VTP configuration revision number will start from 1 again.
