Hi I would like to setup a diversion to an external number if extension 100 is unanswered after a set time.
I have it working but I can't seem to get it to work in with the current AA
What I want to do is when a call comes in on Line 1 only AA answers it and then transfers the call to Ext 100, if Ext 100 doesn't answer the call within 10 seconds then the call is diverted to a mobile phone number.
Here are my current settings.
SPA900 > Voice > SIP
Auto Attendant Parameters
AA Dial Plan 1: (50xx|xxxx.)
AA script 1: <aa><form id="dir" type="node"><audio src="prompt1" bargein="T"/><xfer name="ext" target="100"/></form></aa>
SPA900 > Voice > Line 1
Contact List: 100, cfwd NoAns=9xxxxxxxxxx (THIS WORKS FINE)
Contact List: aa, cfwd NoAns=9xxxxxxxxxx (AA WORKS BUT FAILS TO DIVERT AFTER 10sec NO ANSWER)
Cfwd No Ans Delay: 10
Proxy and Registration
CFWD Bridge Mode: all
XFER Bridge Mode: all
I would also like to setup a night time AA that simply answers any calls that come in on Line 1 play them a recordered message then hangs up.
If any one can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.
