spa3102 pstn caller id

Hi,

I am using spa3102 (lastest firmware) in India with BSNL PSTN connection.

I found that when I receive a call in PSTN, not getting the right caller id information.

Instead its showing my userid defined in PSTN tab for all incoming call.

PSTN Ring Thru Delay is 3 sec

Caller id method is set to DTMF (denmark / Findland+sweden)

any help from members?

Greetings,

This issue has happened before for different countries around the world, originally the device was designed to only show caller ID information on the USA and CANADA, slowly but surely I know they are adding different countries from all over the world in future firmwares, the only information I can share with you is that in they will eventually incorporate the correct caller ID coding for foreign countries, for India in particular I wouldn't have any kind of information to share at this time.
