IS there a version of CCA for MAC? I tried the usual locations..No luck.
Is there a UC540 CLI administrators guide for my mac users?

No CCA on the MAC Side :( I'm a MAC user too. However, it works great in VMWare and very transparent if you use the Unity feature of Fusion.
Not sure what you mean by CLI guide. I'll leave that for someone else.

CLI administration is not mean for end users. There are some webpages that are available for end users to configure there phones. Users can login at http://10.1.10.1. From there, they can set speed dials, call forwarding etc. Is that what you are looking for?

Steve - good informaton, I will use it... Nonetheless, I'm looking for the CLI administrators guide for the administrator, not the end users... I did say for the mac users, sorry about that... Not the end users, just the administrator...
I want to leave 1 mac user, the customer's administrator, with a CLI guide..

There isn't a good CLI guide for a novice and nothing UC540 specific. I would not recommend this for any local administrator.

That is the best I can do for a CLI guide.
As I was saying, there is a user page at 10.1.10.1, there is also admin page there.
If using 7.1 CUE (8.0 software pack)

If using 7.0 CUE (7.1 software pack)

Alternatively, we have a program called Office Manager that is in beta right now. It doesn't run on a MAC though.

Steve, thanks again for the information. We did give this customer the first 1 year of remote management service at no charge,
