Inbound call issue. Ip Phone non stop ringing.

Dear all,

I am having some problem with my UC. My office is using CUCM6.0, a 1750 voicegateway with 2 ports FXO card and 6 7960 IP Phones.

The strange thing just happened recently. I noticed when there is an inbound call to the ip phone the phone will ring and hang therefore it will be non stop ringing until i pull out the cable to restart.

May I know what is the problem? Previously my office UC is working fine.

Hi Lim,

This mean when the pstn party close the line,the fxo isn't awaring for that

Confirm this after closing the pstn line and check on the gateway that the fxo still up

then you need some configuration to your fxo port as "supervisory disconnect"

Another low suggested point that the fxo is allready down,so you can start checking inside your network
