Monitored Lines in CUCM 7.1

Hi All,

I am currently converting an office from CME to use a centralised a CUCM solution.

Some of the users have monitored lines where the lamp lights when the line is busy. I am trying to configure this for CUCM with no luck, I am using a BLF Speed Dial and choosing the line that I want to monitor. The Subscribe CSS on the phone is correct, but after I modify the button Items to display the configured BLF SD it doesn't display on the phone after a reset.

Are there some configuration steps that I am missing?

Does anyone have any experience in BLF Speed dials that could point me in the right direction?

Just to let anyone know who is interested that I have solved the problem:

The reason why the BLF SD wasn't appearing/working on the phone was that we use Extension mobility. I didn't have the relevant CSS set up for the end user, I only had it set up on the actual device.

Took me a while to figure that one out!
