Blank Message Removal

Is there a way to remove a message that is blank before it gets to a person's inbox? I'd like to configure something so that if a message appears to be blank for the first 3 seconds than delete it. Sometimes a caller will hang up just as the voicemail kicks in and the message is blank. My old phone system use to be able to "delete a blank message longer than x seconds".

Hi,

On our system, the minimum message length is 2 seconds. So if someone speaks (or not) for less than 2 seconds, we dont save the message. ANything more, we do.

We can adjust the mail box size, the maximum message length, and many other capabilities, but I do not know aa way to adjust min. mail box message length
