CUE SMTP Notification "From"

Hello:

Enabled SMTP notification, and it works great, but when internal caller calls and leaves me a message, in the "From" field i see userid(bsmith) instead of name (Bob Smith).

I made sure, under the user profile i have full name, display name and first/last name.

Any idea how we can change that?
