Can anyone confirm if a new license needs to be purchased to upgrade from Unity Connection 1.x to 7.x even if a Smartnet Contract is in place?
If you have a UCSS contract on Connection, you will not need to purchase new licenses. You will, however, need to obtain the new license file. If you ordered an upgrade and have a PAK, go to http://www.cisco.com/go/license and register the license. You can also contact [email protected] with any questions.
