Hi Guys,
I am currently experiencing an issue whereby certain users get one way voice when using our CIsco IPT solution.(CCM 6.0)
I have checked the routing which seems fine, also 1 person may be affected and another not who are plugged into the same switch.
I have also had reports of people getting the issue mid call.
Any ideas??
Thanks
Scott

Scott,
Is this happening for internal or external calls......or both?

Hi Scott, did you ever resolve this problem, we also have an intermittant issue where by external callers are unable to hear voice.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
Cheers

Scott.
In my experience, 98% of the time this is a routing issue. Can you attach a network and call flow diagram? Are you running a flat network or is voice on a seperate VLAN? Are these issues happening locally or with remote locations? Are they happening between Cisco endpoints only or with external callers not associated with your system? Are you using site-to-site VPN tunnels over the Internet to connect remote locations or MPLS?
