Here's a doc.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6788/vcallcon/ps556/prod_bulletin0900aecd804be52a.html

It's several years old, but the compatibility is likely not being updated due to the fact that CCM 4 is EOS/EOL.

Hope this helps.

- Exclusion of ALL trace dir, On-Access & Scheduled
- Exclusion of IDS/CSA dir, On-Access & Scheduled
- Exclude trusted 3rd party dir, On-Access & Scheduled
- Exclude database directory, On-Access & Scheduled
- Exclude Pagefile dir, On-Access & Scheduled
- Limit the size of compressed file scanning
- Disable Script Scanning, On-Access & Scheduled
- Disable Scanning Windows Protected files, On-Access & Scheduled
- Disable Heuristics Scanning
- Disable Inheriting of policies
- Clear not definition of Cisco Support Policy
- Statement of System Scanning during low traffic period
