Solved: Tapping wireless traffic on a WiSM

All,

Is there any way to do a port span or tap of all traffic going to and from a WiSM? You can't seem to monitor the port channel that goes into the controller.

Sure, you can set the port-channel interface as the source of the monitor session.

lab1sup720ip1(config)#monitor session 1 source interface ?
FastEthernet FastEthernet IEEE 802.3
GigabitEthernet GigabitEthernet IEEE 802.3z
Port-channel Ethernet Channel of interfaces

I will meet with security on monday and see if it works.

It did kick out this error:

msndc-ssw1(config)#monitor session 1 source interface po417
% Monitor Session with Service Cards Port-Channel will not be nvgened
