Load Balance Internet, local and VoiP traffic

We have a 2921 using two Ethernet ports for dry DSL coming from a third party ISP.  The ISP is stripping the usual DSL protocols and sending us only the Ethernet to this far end router.  The near end router is being sent only on Ethernet connection from the third party ISP.  We need to load balance by protocol over the two far end connections (A=1.2 MB, B=820 KB) to the single near end for VoiP and local services and Internet connectivity.  Any insight to configuration documentation, commands and/or protocol recommendation would be appreciated.  We are currently using EIGRP.

hi tpatten

are the switches which connects ethernet circuits layer 3 ? is the ethernet link layer 3 in nature too ? how is your local LAN setup, with regards to data & voip ? have you segmented your network to different vlans ? where are the destination servers for data & Voice ? do you also want to load balance internet traffic ? Do you have any rough architecture diagram to show the connectivity ?
