ccme call hunting sequence wrong

hi all,

we have CCME. the actual hunting sequence of our main line does not match our configuration on the IP phone Call Manager.

When people call our main line 17562700, 2701 should ring first then if the call is not answered, it should jump to 2780, and so on. But in the real situation this is not the case, and 2780 always ring first.

Could any help out please ....

Check "show ephone-hunt 1", 2701 may be down or logged out.

Note that with 2 minutes of ring time, any caller will have hang up already before it goes to next in list.
