There is no mail box associated with this extension-error

I have CUE 3.0 installed. When callers reach my auto attendant, they cannot dial 2 to leave a message. The error says, "Sorry, there is no mail box associated with that extension." When I create a voice mail box for the extension, calls go straight to the voicemail instead of playing the auto attendant. This use to work and I need some help figuring this one out. Any ideas? Hi,

Simply for this to work

1. create your auto attendant pilot

2. create your subscriber [user voicemail]

3. configure the forward settings for the user line and associate him the VM profile

4. create an incoming dial-peer that direct to the AA pilot with a session target to your call manager

5. From CUE web page determine the operator extension for timeout cases

6. finally confirm your ports CSS can reach your users partitions

I think it should be work like that or please post you conf if any error still exist
