ACS 1113 Hanging

Hi Experts,

We are issue in ACS SE Appliance(CSACSE-1113-K9) as it is  hanging  frequently and at the time of issue we are able to ping the appliance but not able to access the appliance neither from  console or web. we are having two ACS appliances in network and are facing the issue in both of appliances.We have also reimaged the appliances with same image but still facing same issue.

Please let me know if someone have any idea about this issue.

Did you check the CPU utilization for the appliance? ACS-->Reports-->Appliance status

Since this is happening even after reimage so we need to check the acs logs. I would suggest to increasing the logging to full (if not done) and wait for issue to reoccur.

System Configuration --> Service Control --> Level of detail - Full At this point, we need to duplicate the issue.

Open a TAC case as we need to check these logs in detail.
