Hi,

I currently work for a relatively small ISP in Africa. The current network is a flat layer 2 network and has reached the limits of potential growth. There currently is an opportunity to redesign the entire network and build it with future flexibility and growth.

The network is based on a combination of fibre and 5.8Ghz radio links.

I am looking to liaise with anyone with such experience to mentor and basically hand hold me through the process as a learning curve.
