Does anyone have experience using CIM (email management and web collaboration) in a Citrix environment? The Cisco documentation states that the CIM agent desktop is not supported in a Citrix environment. I'm trying to find out if this is a technical limitation of the product or if it is just a platform that they are unwilling to support.

I've seen CIM used through a VM ware server and heard of it being used through MS virtual server 2008. However, I've not heard of any Citrix deployments. Just an FYI.

Thanks for the information. I finally heard back from eGain on this question and they say that it has been deployed in Citrix environments with mixed success. CIM has not been qualified for use on Citrix and that is the reason for not providing support.
