Just wanted to throw out this question. I just followed the .pdf outlining adding an SA500 to an existing UC500 install with a SIP trunk. After following the instructions, I have outbound and inbound calls ringing correctly, but I cannot hear anything from the mic or speaker on the handsets when making outbound calls over the SIP trunk. Inbound calls are working just fine - I have full audio on the handsets, but outbound calls do not give me any audio. The SIP trunk provider is NexVortex.
I double checked to ensure that I was reusing port 5060 on all outbound calls, but am a little perplexed about what could be blocking the audio on the outbound side of this configuration. WAN mode is currently single WAN, but will eventually be dual WAN in load balance mode. I also have configured protocol bindings to always use the dedicateIf anybody has any ideas, please let me know. I'm attaching the SA520. Prior to adding the SA500, this configuration was working properly.
