SPA921 no led status line on the SPA500s

Hello,

I have a problem with SPA921 phones, everything is ok but i have a spa504g + spa500s, and i'm not able to have blf (led status line) on the SPA500S.

Is there any solutions? Beta firmware to have CTI support on SPA921?

My configuration is probably good, because WIP310 and SPA504G statuts led are ok?

Is there any solutions to view the status of the SPA921 on SPA500S with an SPA9000 IPBX?

Dear Sir;

SPA921 cannot be monitored, as they dont support BLF monitoring capabilities. This is available on the SPA9X2 or the SPA500 series only.
