Hello,
I installed on a UC520 an Auto Attendant, which so far works well.
Dial the announcement comes that we have to press 1 if you want to speak with a staff and key 2, when I leave a message on the mailbox will.
Now I have the following problem:
If no key is pressed, the announcement comes 3 times and then the call is disconnected. Is it possible to configure an emergency exit, one passes to a point when he expresses no key?
