how to restore factory settings cisco aironet 1310 outdoor AP

Hi

   Any one give a suggestion to stop restarting of oudoor AP aironet 1310.. I want to reset the device to factory settings pls give an idea to proceed my work.. I had given command in terminal "clear lwapp bvT private-config" it is giving command is disabled it happens for any of the command provided  thanks in advance..
