CDP Driver Version 2.1(0.6)



It says "Cisco IP Phone is not connected".


Well, it is connected. And it has the little "camera" sign at the bottom right (Cisco IP Phone 7962).


It used to work fine but not anymore. Is there a way to be able to diagnose what the problem may be?

In the CUVA menu (Start -> CUVA or wherever you have it) there is the Cisco Unified Problem Reporting Tool, you can use it for troubleshooting.

The icon on the phone only means it's video enabled, not that it's connected to CUVA or that it will work fine.
