Historical Report don´t show historical call time specific

Hi Guys,

My Customer have a IPCCX 5.0 with redundancy and we have the following problem: The specific group tryed report and verified that for example 2 a.m until 7 a.m don´t appear the historic off calls. Any idea where is the problem?

Are you sure your CCX server receives calls at that time of night? Is CCM doing Time of Day routing to prevent this, or an external service taking the calls?

Which reports are you running?

Some reports report on CSQs, and CSQs may not see calls if your scripts perform time of day checks.
