We using AIR-LAP1142N-A-K9- AP's and WISM controllers SW 6.0.188.0.

Our Laptops have A/B/G NIC Cards. How do or can I measure

the difference in throughput? How can I tell if we are even

taking advantage of the "N" radio?

A good and easy way is to use Jperf (Iperf) an grapical tool wich provides you the actual througput of the network. Install this tool on a wired PC and a wireless client.

http://code.google.com/p/xjperf/downloads/detail?name=jperf-2.0.2.zip&can=2&q=

note; JAVA shoud be installed on both wireless client and fixed PC.
